Safety is our first concern at designing the lights, especially the electrical part. during the usage or recharging situation, our electrical engineer is always doing the electrical & current test regularly before the production.
Vibration Test
To make sure the mounting system is reliable during the riding on various road condition, our products will need to pass the vibration test on the machine over 100,000 times.
Luminosity Test
To understand the brightness on the ground or object from our lights, we are having the luminometer to get the measurement of LUX on the surface at different points from distance at laboratory.
Drop Test
To avoid the serious damage while drop or impact the product accidentally, our product need to pass the drop test before the product, to ensure the product can still work after drop from the distance.
